Installation & Notes
• USDM Swap: To ensure 100% emissions and ECU compatibility, you must transfer all your original USDM accessories from your original motor to this JDM block.
• Lift Bolts: It is highly recommended to replace the Lift Bolts (flange bolts) before installation, as these are a known wear item that can affect VVL engagement.
• Preventative Maintenance: We strongly suggest installing a new timing chain tensioner, water pump, thermostat, and spark plugs while the engine is out of the vehicle.
• Oil: Use high-quality 5W-30 synthetic motor oil and a premium oil filter.
• Warranty: Includes a 90-day startup warranty on internal moving parts (Head & Block).
