At JDM Elite Motors, we stand behind the quality of our engines and auto parts. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
The engine or auto part must NOT be installed
The item must be returned in the same condition as received
No disassembly, modification, or damage is allowed
Original documentation or proof of purchase is required
🚨 Installed engines or parts are not eligible for return.
Most of our engines and transmissions are used JDM imports.
Normal wear consistent with mileage and age is expected
Cosmetic imperfections do not qualify as defects
Compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Or incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, which may include replacement or refund.
All returns require prior approval.

Include your order number and reason for return
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Freight shipping costs for engines are non-refundable
The following items are not eligible for return:
Installed engines or parts
Special or custom orders
Clearance or final-sale items
Electrical components
Labor or installation costs
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider
Shipping fees are not refundable
