• Note: This engine is a direct replacement for the VVTi equipped 1MZ-FE. If your vehicle is AWD, you may need to retain and use your original oil pan and pickup tube.

Installation & Notes
• USDM Swap: To ensure 100% emissions and ECU compatibility, you must transfer all your original USDM accessories from your original engine to this JDM block but keep the JDM Power Steering Pump.
• VVTi Solenoid: Inspect the JDM VVTi solenoids; it is often best to use your original working units if the plugs differ.
• Preventative Maintenance: We strongly suggest installing a new timing belt kit, water pump, thermostat, and spark plugs while the engine is out of the vehicle.
• Oil: Use high-quality 5W-30 motor oil as specified by Toyota.
• Warranty: Includes a 90-day startup warranty on internal moving parts (Head & Block).
